MATEMA SA. is a maritime consultancy bureau licensed by the Ministry of Fisheries and Merchant Marine of Mauritania by decree R 04 MIPMM dated January 09, 1979 & decree 256 MPEM dated May 26, 1982. MATEMA SA. is a licensed Judiciary Expert to the Court of Justice of Nouakchott, Mauritania, in reference to the letter N°419 /P/C. S. J dated 12/11/1990. On January 2,1979, the Government of Mauritania has delegated to MATEMA SA. maritime security and safety visits and inspections for the safeguarding of human lives and goods at sea (SOLAS)
